Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal Payments via Paypal. Paypal is a safe, secure way to pay, and a Paypal account is not requried. During checkout, select Paypal as your payment method. You will then be redirected to Paypal's site where you may choose to proceed with payment without creating a Paypal account. Once we receive your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your items have been shipped.
Sales Tax and Pricing
All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.75% sales tax on the total amount. There is no sales tax charged for any other state. The prices displayed on our Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Shipping Information

Ground Shipping for Continental US 48 states USPS Priority Mail Delivery confirmation/tracking number included.
Insurance is optional. We cannot be responsible for orders once they have been shipped.
International Shipping (including Canada, Alaska and Hawaii) USPS Global Priority without delivery confirmation/tracking number or insurance. We cannot be responsible for orders once they have been shipped. Customers are responsible for any International duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. We are required by law to list the contents and price you paid for our products on all customs forms. Cancellations and Shipping Time All orders are processed immediately. We request that any cancellations or changes be e-mailed to us at customerservice@dolcebaciclothingco.com within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Items in stock will ship in 3-5 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied returns or exchanges may be made within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition with tags attached, previously worn items will not be accepted and will be returned at customers expense.
Sale items: all sales are final.
Please note, we will not credit or pay for return shipping on any order. When you do return something, we recommend that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured, as we can't process a return we have not received.
Please allow 30 days for ANY refunds or credits to be processed and appear on your statement. Please note refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@dolcebaciclothingco.com within 10 days of receipt and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return address.
Other Important Information
All photos submitted to Dolce Baci Clothing Co. via facebook, email, blog, or regular mail, become the property of Dolce Baci Clothing Co. and cannot be returned. Dolce Baci Clothing Co. assumes all rights of the photos and can use the photos in any way and in any medium. Further, submitter of photos commits to withdraw from making any legal claims or disputes against Dolce Baci Clothing Co. and understands that Dolce Baci Clothing Co. is under no legal obligation to compensate the submitter of photos. |
